What happens to RSU vesting within next 60 days? Would anything within the WARN period vest?

For Canadians (definitely Ontario) reading this thread - your esa period is 8 weeks, which as of Monday, is October 23. So you will get all of your RSUs if you are laid off on Monday.
Take Oracle to court for as much severance as possible knowing full well they have to give you a minimum of 8 weeks plus all RSUs.

Last year RSU's vested during the garden leave period, even though the RSU grant docs explicitly said that they do not.
All RSU will be void after layoff in California. I fed my doc into AI to confirm. Take a screenshot and hang it on the wall as souvenir after the layoff
Typically they would be cancelled. But California is always a unique scenario so I would load your doc into an AI system and see what it has to say on the language.
Check the plan document for the RSUs you have been issued with, but typically any that haven't already vested will be cancelled as soon as you are laid off.
