We got a new project which need to finish it asap.
The agenda is document all the manual /automation critical functions we perform during regression.
Is this the plan to reduce the resource anytime ?

No, the plan for that project/program is to automate as much of the vulnerability remediation process as possible for quicker turnarounds and less exposure.
Someone wants to fork your work onto an agent. I recommend malicious compliance, keep it high level, don’t get into depth on explanations, and charge 3x when they call a year from now to come back in and fix it. It’s just business 😉
