How much worse off can you be than staying here if they show you the door and send you off with a nice severance package? Honestly?

@wd It isn't just Pulte, he is probably making very few actually decision. You have the FHFA directors also and there was some plan in place even prior that they are all just following. It is similar to Congressional bills, the Congressmen don't really write any bills, a lot are done from outside sources.
I'm at Fannie and same cr-p is happening there haha. Stay authentic and true to yourself, have some spine and enjoy severance if you're on a list. also F pulte, what a garbage person

The grass won’t be much greener until this administration is shut down. That’s not to say you can’t find a better option but it’s slim pickings out there.
@jm Would you mind sharing what the severance package looked like? Trying to get a sense of what’s typical.
@OP That is how I was, I didn't care to play the "games" that people were playing to try to keep their job when at some point you have little to no control. I did my job, but didn't do anything extra, it just wasn't worth it. There is nothing I miss about that place. I just wanted the severance and to be out as I don't see it getting better anytime soon.
