And I have a feeling I'm not the only one who feels this way. This place has gone from bad to worse faster than I expected. I'd be happy to leave it behind for good.

I work in Quality too and have done for many years, its a lot better under the new leadership compared to previous however too many people are still stabbing each other in the back, particulary across the quality team. Its knowhere near as bad as it once, the previous regime was bad, y'all could get knowhere but now green shoots are coming through and the wind is blusting in a new direction, hopeful for a bright future in this team however i have less hope for the business as a whole, i hear mass redundancies are coming from my sources at the top.
I work in Quality and it is so bad. our "leader" is never transparent other then when she needs something from one of us. we have group text and all agree that there is no growth.
sad
we all stopped caring in my department! We dip hella early and management doesnt care
Yuuuuup at this point I don't care even though the idea of trying to find a new job in this market makes me nauseous. But we're not saving lives, we're saving spreadsheets! The job su-ks but shouldn't exist to you beyond your contracted hours. Boundaries are key.
@OP Some people quietly quit. I never felt ok with that, but I didnt feel bad about sick time for interviews and polishing my resume during working hours. If I had an interview coming up I kept my hours a little lower to ease up on stress and get more sleep. Good luck!
