Does anyone have any information about what was going to happen in December with compensation? The messaging we got was that it is just a salary update for some people but not for everyone. Initially we had thought it would be across the board.

I don't know about everyone else... But is management getting a bit shady with accountability? I am noticing a lot of impossible tasks being thrown out and managers throwing their employees under the bus to protect themselves.

Looks like ViaSat is adopting Inmarsat's policy of virtually every employee gets a bonus instead of limiting it to the top performers. Also hearing that the legacy inmarsat people are complaining because they are getting less than previous years... — read more
