Anyone else see the news article out of Oklahoma City (KFOR news) uncovering emails from top executives related to SF claims practices Would not be surprised if some resignations and/or additional insurance commissioner investigations result from this.

@sb sadly as an employee of 36 years I can tell you this company is barely a shell of itself. We no longer have any character at all and culture has gone to absolute cr-p. We are no different than any other carrier now and in some cases like this one even worse. Tipsord was the start of the downfall and it has just continued ever since. If I was early in my career I would be looking elsewhere for sure.
This is very demoralizing as an employee. Makes me question the very company itself.
If the DOIs really wanted to dig, we could just invite them to a hub for a week or so. They would see all the future doctors, engineers, astronauts and brain surgeons that we have hired. They would be real impressed to listen to a few calls and see how professional they are, do a SXS or even more impressed with the weed smell in the parking garages and elevators. I'm amazed this sh-t hole stays in business and other than a fast food restaurant or warehouse work, this is about a low as it gets with the people we hire. Combined corrupt and incompetent DEI workforce....you get SF! The more this kind of stuff comes out the better....
For the bots trolling on this page and this post you can go kiss everyones **. Personally had a wind/hail claim last year and SF sc--wed my contractor big time. It was like pulling teeth to get anything out of Fire Claims. They absolutely su-k! And Auto Claims are no better. This is personal experience so feel free to refute what I've experience
@nt the facts being alleged are damaging.
I saw it ... not much to see. A few photos of some SF looking documents, yet unable to view or see them. Nothing can be gleaned from this until released/disclosed.

What is no lie is State Farm's credibility has nose dived to a serious low in its ability to provide the quality service it once gave to its customers and this is only one of many examples to prove such. It no longer keeps the promises it once valued in its integrity.

The only way to stop all of this is pass first party and third party bad faith laws. It will force the carriers to reduce claim rep inventories and force insurers to investigate claims properly instead of making claims a check the box process metrics. It will force carriers to refocus on humanity and not a processed unhealthy call center cr-pper.

State Farm has been buying their way out of this stuff for too long. The DOJ needs to get involved because what they say and what goes on behind closed doors are polar opposites. Rust ran an ethical organization. Then, when VPs and consultants with zero ethics got involved the company went into the toilet. They can only tell so many lies until it catches up with them. They are no different than corrupt politicians. They used to care about how the public sees them. They don't anymore. Look at the behaviors they endorse.

For those of us who actually work at State Farm and have experienced this stuff first hand and watch it with our own two eyes! This company is pure trash! Evil of the Evil! This doesn't even scratch the surface at what goes on at this place! Glad it came out!
Yes, saw it. I didn't work in claims at SF, but I believe this is just the start of the house of cards coming down. Tippy was an arrogant s.o.b., which is proven by the fact that he shows up around B/N with his mistress and no shame. I'm glad I left a couple years ago and can't wait to see all of the other information come oozing out about the total corruption and dishonesty that lives there.
