Anyone else leave the bank and being subject to non-stop spam from [now-outsourced] talent acquisition regarding the exact same U.S. Bank positions? Four outreach efforts, four different outsourced recruiters, one job posting. I suppose it is difficult to fill positions when nobody wants to join the dumpster. Earth to Gunjan, have some dignity in how you run your bank.

By outsourced, I meant outsourced to agency. Still spam-like behavior. If a large corp cannot fill a contract position with 1 or maybe 2 agencies, they are doing something wrong. Wasnt like this before GK.
They don’t have outsourced recruiters (yet) for FTE roles. They do/always have agencies for FTC roles.
Which role did was the outsourced calling about? This could be a sign of things to come for many of our U.S. based recruiters…
