Our path forward leads directly to the unemployment line. It's the reality of the situation that the executives can do that. They steer the ship. What they don't get to do is make me excited about the demise of my own employment and that of good coworkers. If they want employees engaged and going the extra mile, they are going to need to articulate a real vision for growth that includes us doing something other than just waiting for a golden ticket.
Love the line about how we all love AI and use it daily, even though there wasn't a single question about AI on the survey. They really want to cram their AI blunder down our throats in an attempt to salvage it and make it look like a good investment instead of the disaster it actually is.
But more of the same, just like every year -- Hype up the high scoring categories, lip service to the overwhelmingly negative results, and no meaningful change going forward.
