Where did you get this confirmation from? How many people do they want to fire and where?
@ax Nobody is immune, next wave will be Executive Leadership for sure! Corporations do not need to pay millions, there is justification anymore
Agreed on history, but info suggests this one to be bigger than the typical October performance layoffs. Another big wave coming between October and February.
There have been layoffs every October since 2023. A layoff in October should not be a surprise for anyone. The size might be the only surprise. Expect this to be a combination of performance (NS ratings, not coming into the office) AND the usual "reorg" reset.
