Severence packages from SNPS are actually pretty awesome. If you have any relevent skills you will get a job quickly and this will be an extra bonus. The junk that hangs on till retirement get what they deserve.
@cv I did not see anything about unvested RSU on my package. Does your severance package specifically mentioned RSU vesting?
What is the 2 months of pay, is that the Garden leave or addition? Are you based on US? Thanks.

@c4 2 weeks per year of service + 100% bonus for year for the level + COBRA lump sum + RSU accelerated vesting + unpaid vacation paid + 2 months of pay. Very generous package, so credit where due

All same here. But very generous severance package. Company is moving on to other things legacy Ansys cared more about. Time to move on to next chapter. A few months break and recharge. Good luck to all

@ah Good luck to you. I already got the email with separation instructions but no separation package yet. It says you will get the package within 2 business days after you update your personal information.
Same. My 1-on-1 call was at 10AM. It's nearly noon and still no instructions or severance.
