Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Putting in a 10 hour day this wonderful Monday.

I will deduct it from my 40 hours on Friday. By lunch on Friday I will have my 40 hours and head home. Gotta love the culture Stank created!

Well they told us 8 every day. They don’t care if you did 20 the day before

I arrive at 5AM and leave at 2PM Monday to Thursday. On Fridays I show up at 5AM and leave by 9AM to start my weekend, usually with a 10AM tee time down the street from HQ.

I love the new RTO 8&skate culture Big Stink created! I’ve significantly reduced my hours. Life is good in this 4 day work week arrangement.

@a6 "You are lucky to be union! Managers have higher expectations than just 40 hours."

LOL -- I am market based L2 management. I have not worked over 42 hours since 5xRTO was implemented. If you do work more than 40 hours a week as a manager, you are a su---r.
