With this new wave of layoffs, are you seeing any evidence of a reduction of the number of management layers as mentioned by Enrique? Managers, Directors, etc...?

Both managers reporting to Senior Manager are gone in my team in TLV
None in my org.
About 5% or so!
My director (product in the servicing org) was just impacted. So far us/his 4 direct reports have not received email.
I'm seeing more ICs than anything else. Because of course it's ICs.
yes, quite some Directors but without any/much direct reports are being impacted.
I'm seeing all different levels that got the layoff call. it's not targeted at one specific level.
