H1b's need to be slashed first, than contractors, than if still left over citizens.

The cost per role runs in the opposite direction, which is why H1Bs are safe and it’s a toss up on whether they want to fein care for FTEs over contractors.

“Market based culture” tells us they’re done pretending about that, so they will axe FTEs wherever possible
