Jeff Clarke needs to get kicked out. He is a an a--hole. No strategy, only here to make money. He is Michael Dell's right hand man, but Michael needs to kick him out..

Dell began structurally increasing revenue and profit without increasing operating expenses proportionally since about 2020. I think that is part of what they are looking at. Hence, all the layoffs and restructuring.
The effects on people are sh1t. Stock price effect is the complete opposite.
During any public meetings, he seems pretty solemn.
Being at that level, I doubt if he would take any advice on PR 101 or maybe this is PR 101 for whatever is happening.
People will get angry but remember, they obviously are moving in a certain direction and that isn't going to change anytime soon.
@e0 He’s riding the AI server wave. My pet dog could get similar results… sell servers and layoff tons of people. Not hard.
Jeff is an uninspiring leader. I don't know much about him outside of that. Obviously the results are there, but I've never heard anyone in a VP role or above say good things about him, but have heard the contrary. A complete dud on internal videos and terrible presence at DTW.
It's the uncertainty of the company that leads to people unable to make any future plans.
It's friggin' musical chairs everyday.
People only see JC's t-shirt.
Do some research on Dell's results going back a few years. You'll see that he is doing exactly what is expected of him. Increase revenue/lower operating expense. You can't argue with the numbers.
That's his plan. This is only the beginning. I hope this firing/restructuring stops at some point and it becomes the late 90s for hiring where companies wanted new employees. Until then, re-evaluate your economic plans. New house? New car? New baby? Can we get by on one income? Do I have enough money to be out for 2+ years?
Jeffy C is one of the dummbest, most incompetent executive dipshiits I've ever seen at Dell, next to Arthur. Yes, he is that stuupid!!
JC has been a non-entity. Not an attractor or detractor to the business from what I’ve observed. But what do customers and partners (our largest customers) think of him? Do they think he is a detractor?
The stock skyrocketed, and revenue keeps increasing. While I'd love it if they treated employees (a lot) better. Apart from morals, what reason would they have to change anything?
I thought strategy was in the yearly strategy cascade slide. Is that not a thing anymore? I seem to recall Dell Cloud was where it was at before I left.
I swear he is auditioning for the Big Bang Theory show with his stupid T-Shirts. Do we tell him the show is done?....lol.
What will we have to laugh at when Jeffie shows up on video with his stupid asss d-mb-sh-t t-shirts he spends half the time taking about. The guy is a blooming id--tt!!
If find it immensely hilarious that you somehow seem to think that MD is unaware and that if you just make this post he will kick out JC. Newsflash: MD is responsible and of course he knows, he probably even told him to.
"Play nice but win" :D Fu-k you, Michael.
JC is just the henchmen. Its becoming obvious with the stock sell offs that Dell is about to be sold off in pieces.
There is a strategy.
They know about it.
We do not.
What did Jazzy Jeff do this time?
Stop spreading bullsh-t as if all the decisions aren’t agreed or even decided by Micheal himself
