Executives from US Bank were in Charlotte yesterday and met with Bill, Mike M and the Board. There is a concerted effort to merge both banks. This is from a viable source. Truist as we know it won’t be around after first half 2025.

I wish the literal muppets were running this bank instead.

Is it true that teammates are being told they have to rebadge as Accenture or be laid off and if they choose layoff they get no severance? If this is truly how Truist is operating then I’m disgusted and ashamed to be associated with such a place. — read more

Any word yet on when Accenture takes over? I heard they were working with the monitoring group to figure out their jobs and that they were the first to get RIF'd and/or rebadged to Accenture. Anyone have updates?

We used to do quarterly teammate engagement surveys. The results declined to a point where they wouldn’t even share the results and I haven’t seen a survey since. Any idea if they will resume?
