Truist stock is down 35% year to date. Employee morale is in the toilet. Total disaster of a merger and what it is today. Sorry excuse of a leadership team.

Isn't it very obvious that they are pressuring us to leave without severance pay? I definitely intend to leave, but only when I find a better option because I won't miss my severance pay no matter how much pressure they put on me.

I'm not taking pleasure in other people's misery, but at least those who decide to leave due to RTO will help those of us who decide to remain. I believe that if the attrition is large enough, there will be no need for layoffs for some time to come... — read more
