Is this true regarding the layoffs?

I can confirm that layoffs are coming, but there’s currently no specific focus on targeting WFH employees. Most of the reductions will stem from offshoring roles and addressing the bloated dual-layer leadership structure that still exists across the... — read more

Eliminate useless management

All these promises of layoffs and RIF but we still have a thick layer of useless middle management and red tape. Eliminate the useless multiple layers of management and save the company tons of $$$ and the work will move more efficiently.

Elavon is re-branding?

I caught wind of a new logo and identity for Elavon and word is that it isn't very good...could there be a worse time to rebrand a legacy-subsidiary brand than right now under GK? This company has a soft spot for wasting money on d-mb things

Nothing confirmed, but rumors abound about a workforce reduction target of 10-20% by EOY. Dust off those resumes lads and lassies

What's going on with CPS RTO?

I have several coworkers who I have never actually seen in the office, save for maybe once or twice in a few months. What's with this straight-up refusal to come into the office? And yes, I get it - I hate the in-office requirement too (especially in... — read more

28% and Dropping

GK's approval rating is at an abysmal 28% on GlassDoor. Does the board of directors even care what she has done to destroy employee morale and engagement?

Congratulations Complainers

Future of Remote Managers of Managers

How much longer will remote managers of managers last here? The excuse that you manage a geographically dispersed business line doesn't hold water. You should be expected to work out of a hub like the rest of the employees.

CAS

Try being a first line risk team working with CAS. They lie and become aggressive in trying to remain relevant. They stress every one out and do not act like a true audit team. It is really sad (Js we r looking at u). They build no trust with any... — read more
