Does anyone know if a consulting company was bought in for all of these changes? I checked the Wells Fargo and Bank of America boards, it seems like the same kinds of things are happening and they refer to a company called McKinsey.

Seems like RTO is being pushed by all banks as a sneaky way to increase flopping real estate prices in left leaning cities.

It’s been months since they told us they were considering outsourcing us. The RTO is rolling out and you’d think they’d need boots on the ground more than ever. Sh*t or get off the pot

At least 3 Data scientists and some leadership was let go with 1 month notice. Worst part of this is we are not communicated properly how many were let go. And with reorg, we dont know what we gonna do in a few weeks. Is this the first wave??

How come that you can work 14+ hours a day and it still isn't enough to get everything done?

How does US Bank let you know you're being laid off? Does HR send you an email? Boss call you? HR set up a Teams call with you? Usually happen 1st thing in the morning or late afternoon?

The contact center teams (24 HB) are mostly remote, with many in the southern states where we have no presence. Newer employees, grades 6/7. Word on the street is that they are exempt from RTO. Can anyone confirm? If so, why?

Has anyone heard any news about layoffs in locations outside of the US? I'm curious whether their soft layoff RTO tactic is in addition to larger reductions.

Nothing more, nothing less. And some tax cuts for offices full of people spending money around hubs as a bonus. How do you perform, how competent you are, how productive you are - none of it matters whatsoever.

Shock, denial, frustration, depression, experiment, decision, integration. Where are you at with RTO? Because if you live in any of the first 4 descriptions it’s rough.
