bonus
I still haven't got my bonus
Enabling our future… but not mine.
My team (15 people) were laid off on our first day of RTO. Oof! I got 1 week severance for each year of service. They made it sound like broader org changes were coming as part of a “Enable Our Future” initiative, but I haven’t heard anything else. — read more

Do managers really buy the cr-p AC is shoveling?
I hope that not all managers at USB are happy with the cr-p that AC has and tries to shovel to employees. It’s a cr-p show. Most staff is not happy. Are managers just going along with it because they need a paycheck too?
