How quickly can stages move from initial, elevated, and termination? Can they decide to skip stages and just terminate?

Beckers just released an article today which reports the EEOC is suing United over the firing of a remote employee due to not getting the vaccine. Anyone who was wrongly terminated should jump on this and do the same to recoup lost wages.

Does being put on a CAP usually result in termination? My manager said I was in the initial stages but it doesn’t feel like it. I was given an end date for the plan and my manager basically said “if we make it that far”

Hi I was let go 8/24/23. Has anyone received their severance money. I’ve only received the purchased PTO so far today.

Market cares reps were just notified that their positions will entirely be offshore starting the end of next year. At least they were given sufficient time to find new jobs...

I was informed few employees that were let go are back to WellMed. I have not received an email of getting a chance to re apply. What am I missing in here???

Tired of the crazy metrics, just fire us already, it would be easier

Are they quiet firing us? Metrics are super strict now, they basically don’t want us to use breaks or the bathroom—we aren’t supposed to use any aux/phone modes. Anyone else experiencing this?
