Prospective employees need to be aware of what it’s like. I always read reviews for companies I’m exploring and “like” helpful comments to help bubble them to the top (default filter is “most popular”).

I currently work at Optum and I think it's b.s. if they already cut from us. We hire temps just to fire them anyway so Why would they need to fire the people who actually know how to do their job? how many Optum employees will they let go?

So far everything I've heard has been true. From what I was told, there will be another round in March. Has anyone else heard this? I'm located in Richardson, TX

Just got off a meeting. Company-wide layoffs are currently happening across all businesses. No one is safe currently. It is not limited to one segment. Advised not another round for a while however it is not truly known.

I thought it'll be just a few departments, but it looks this is company-wide once again. When will it be enough???
