It was time to choose me over the job!

I left BOA a year and a half ago for several reasons. Work burn out post Covid was the primary one. People were leaving in mass numbers and work was being piled on me. It got so bad I started to struggle with depression. This was the start of them... — read more

Letter from Moynihan

BM said something about cash awards to a select number of associates and that managers would discuss with those who would receive in February. Has anyone heard when in February these cumbersome conversations will happen?

So, how's the morale on your team?

My team look like zombies walking around on the floor. Morale has been low for the past year but after this compensation season, it seems to have taken the wind out of everyone's sails.

I'm relieved I don't work at BofA anymore

Management believes that pushing you by yelling at you and making you work like crazy is good for the company. Thankfully, I've landed a job somewhere that's thriving and has a great environment. I'm just sad I wasted years of my life at BofA. The... — read more

My bonus was exactly flat to last year. Just curious how they treated y’all bonus-wise across LOBs…especially as my questions about the bonus pool are continually unanswered by my managers. I’m a Band 5 and got a meets/exceeds.

2023 Compensation Equal to 2022

If you received a merit increase, does it equal the cut that was taken from your cash incentive? Making your 2023 compensation equal to 2022’s compensation.

Why won’t BofA just lay people off???

Compensation talks have been brutal and it’s because this company tolerates the bloat within the ranks. You’ve got two people working at 50% capacity for one FTE’s amount of responsibilities. Start with HR. They spend dozens of millions of dollars... — read more
