Maybe you are exaggerating a bit with complaints?

I could never work for a company that I have such a bad opinion of. BofA could be better in many ways, but when I read some of the complaints here and how much people actually despise this place and their jobs here,,, it's unbelievable.

When I compare the current BofA and the original culture that this place once had, it is almost incomparable. Do you remember how it used to be? Sad how quickly this place is changing for the worse.

Micromanaging is starting to drive me crazy

What is happening to me now I wouldn't even call micromanagement. It's worse than micromanagement and it's become extremely stressful to have to deal with it on a daily basis. And no, there wasn't any incident that brought the level of trust down... — read more

Flexibility Announcement

Thoughts? Seems like it will be very role focused. Seems the most flexible are specific roles that allow for 2 days a week from home max.
