Forced fun office activities.
Thought this was interesting. "The pandemic put an end to required birthday cupcakes, team happy hours and forced ‘fun’ activities. Many workers are deeply... — read more
250k is now rich and 100k ain't -electric vehicles
A step in the right direction to punish over $250k now instead of picking on $100k employees via electric cars? Or just a olive branch for people under $250k to justify bringing us back to the office where we are 2 feet next to each other? August... — read more
A change in layoff strategy
Is it just me or does it seem like there was a change in layoffs strategy in the last year or so? We used to have major rounds but we were mostly safe between them. Now it seems they've decided to give up that system and instead they're doing a bunch... — read more
Do you think your skills are still marketable or outdated?
And do you think you would have trouble transitioning to a similar role at another bank? Honest answers Please !
Pay is so low
BofA is less and less successful at retaining and attracting good employees. Now that I am looking for a new job I see that almost all major banks are paying more for the position I have here. Why is the pay here so low?
Maybe it’s a good idea to stay at the company a while longer.
I wanted to leave this company for a while. I’ve done heavy job hunting last year and I even thought that I would settle for a less paying job if it meant stability and less bulshit that I have to take here. Now I'm not so sure it’s a good idea to... — read more
Unvaccinated
I just found out the a person on my floor is not vaccinated. I thought they were supposed separated from those who are vaccinated. I guess that is not the case.
We're not all equal in RTO
I've been noticing that managers' pets are not required to come to the office as much as the rest of us are (or at all in some cases). Am I just imagining things or has anybody else noticed this? If it's true, I'm going to be monumentally pi---d off... — read more
Hope there’s an article on how BofA has delayed Employee Survey to avoid hearing the truth
I hope someone writes an article about how BofA has delayed the Employee Survey to avoid hearing the truth. It’s laughable. HR is driving the company into the ground and they’re absolutely being ignorant at this point. HR, stop trying to control RTO... — read more

Can they force you to another office more than 30 miles away?
If your office closes, can they force you to sit in another office that is more than 30 miles way?
Remote Work Policy
At BofA is it true that if you live 50 or more miles away from the office you can be fully remote?
What are the Global Technology core locations for BofA?
What are the Global Technology core locations for BofA in USA? Is Kansas City a core technology location?
NO COLA for > 100k and < 250k
Apparently this unfortunate group of people are not experiencing inflation. We are already subsidizing everyone Elise’s health insurance by paying DOUBLE. No childcare assistance. It’s entirely feasible for someone under 100k to net more than 12 k a... — read more
Upcoming raises
What day does the 3%-7% raise go into effect?
Would 7% be worth the RTO?
I know I will not be the one who will get a 7% increase. Anyway, I wonder if even that percentage would be worth forfeiting some of the benefits of a hybrid schedule?
Where and what happened to the Brea team at 275 Valencia Ave California?
What happens to the associates located in this area? Layoff? Hybrid? Relocated???
CAs- what percent of production does your FA pay you?
Is there a cap on what an FA can pay for supplemental comp? How many have FAs that don’t pay? Why is this not a mandated 2-5 percent??
Finally got out!
Someone told me about this site a few months ago and i started visiting quiet often. Reading everyone’s post made me realize I wasn’t alone in how I was feeling. Everyone is experiencing the exact same burn out. My work load increased tremendously... — read more
Workload is constantly growing
Maybe I’d keep quiet and not make complaints about pay if BoA wasn’t constantly adding more work to my plate. Workload has already become insane. I am partly to blame for agreeing to worse and worse working conditions and not leaving earlier. How... — read more
June Pay Increases
Great that those under $100k are being lifted. Unfortunately I’m right over the threshold. Thanks again for the disappointment BoA. 10 years. I need to get out of here.
Shockingly high turnover
I work in a small team of seven people. Only two of us have been here longer than six months. If attrition is this high on my team, I can only imagine how bad it is company-wide. I also realized from other posts how lucky we are that positions are... — read more

Stretched too thin

Layoffs?
Are they doing any layoffs cause i recently noticed that they have all these RB’s positions available
They seem to improvise all the time
I don't like it when I see that leadership has no plan and control over things, leaving everything to some kind of improvisation. Here I am primarily thinking of RTO, the return of the unvaccinated to the office, how to treat employees who got... — read more
