Topics regarding layoffs at Bank of America

Getting tired of this...

...every day the same thing, we're short staffed, so we're asking you to do more with less. Had this followed impressive raises and bonuses I wouldn't mind so much, but it's fcking getting out of hand to keep asking those that are still here working... — read more

Give it up already

RTO is here to stay. There's nothing you can do to change that at this point. Short of Russia invading the U.S., there'll be no more delays, exemptions, or whatever else you can think of in hopes work from home will return. This has been decided. How... — read more

Sedgwick - Heads Up!!

Word of caution to anyone who is new to or not familiar with Sedgwick. This is the vendor who handles Short Term Disability claims for the bank. I have no idea how much the bank pays this company but anything over $1 is too much. They are borderline... — read more

It’s amazing that we are leaders of technology but we can’t offer or extend work from home to those that do not want to return to the office

We pride ourselves on innovation and removing people at branches for iPads and automation, but then vehemently oppose allowing people to continue flexibility in their daily jobs for those that want it by working from home. Do executives not... — read more

Leaving with a potential return

Working a 2nd job?

I have been working a 2nd job for almost 4 months now. I'm generally able to do a decent amount of work in 8 hours and can stretch that into 1-2 weeks of delivery. BAC is a joke in terms of oversight and productivity.

I don't think productivity will be better

Moreover, I think that the productivity of employees will be worse than ever after the return to the office. I don't think BofA will like the end result of RTO. Would love to hear your thoughts.
