How many Dell software engineers does it take to change a lightbulb?
Five: one to write the ticket, one to reproduce the issue, one to say "works on my machine," one to schedule a meeting about it, and one to close the ticket as "won't fix."

P.Engineers are great. The title should be more protected than it is so randoms can't call themselves Engineers when they are not.

AMER ISG here, PowerFlex Go anyone, over customer complaints about the RKE2 side of things, panic stations over potentially loosing big accounts...
Money not being spent on fixing things has been prevalent across the board.
dell has very little engineers, but plenty of dashboard/bs talk ppl.
