Why are so many western companies being criticised by people trying to drag down morale? The ones posting hate at Dell: are they ex employees? Or paid to post and destabilise?
I don’t trust this forum anymore. There are real and genuine worries working for Dell and genuine layoff fears are now drowned out by people posting cr-p 3 times a day or more. Fear, lies and deceit. Beware of what you read here.

What’s really embarrassing is when your customer ASKS YOU ABOUT THIS SITE. Especially when they comment about how horrific the posts are in comparison to HP and Lenovo etc.. and the sheer volume and frequency of the posts. And you can’t even argue bc they’re not wrong
@a6 that’s just not true and you know it. That’s why VPs are leaving and reps are quitting in droves id--t… bc they’re all so happy. There is nothing healthy about Dells culture it’s all based on fear and gaslighting and keeping everyone to unsettled bc they’re constantly having the rug pulled out from underneath them AND their customers. It’s sick. If anyone is happy at Dell it’s bc they’re too young and stupid to realize what’s happening OR they’re very heavily medicated.
People are more likely to post when they're frustrated or affected by bad news, so the vibe is naturally gonna skew way more negative than reality.
That said, it's still pretty useful for taking the office temperature and catching whispers about layoffs, reorgs, or whether a company is circling the drain before the official announcement drops. Just don't treat it like gospel - it's anonymous. Assume half of it's legit, half of it's fan fiction, and use it for context, not as your single source of truth.
This is the most ridiculous post I've seen on this website. Why on Earth would you think there's any credibility on this website? People can post anonymously and insult each other with limitations. What large organization would not be intelligent enough to attach their name on something to fund it? This isn't the Illuminati.
You're giving us unnecessary warnings that the website are already communicates. This is website had any capacity of credibility and influence, stock markets would be extremely volatile and the media would be all over it.

This forum is littered with sales people aka professional complainers with over inflated egos. That's what you are seeing on here, the majority of people at the company are happy
