Thread regarding Centene Corp. layoffs

What happens if you don't sign the VSP papers?

I think this has probably already been answered but what would happen if you don't sign the papers? Like I thought my VSP would get denied not pushed out a year if my position wasn't going to be laid off. If I don't sign is my last day still my last day?

@OP we told we could back out of our VSP if we wanted to stay. I do not advise that though!!!

My date was pushed to the end of 2027 also. If you don't sign within the 45 days after your exit date, you won't get your severance package and your exit date remains the same. Not signing doesn't keep you employed (which is what I think you were asking).

This is the most bizarre "restructuring" I've ever heard of.....

You can't sign the VSP agreement until your last day. If you don't sign within 45 days after your last day, you won't get your severence.
