Use up all your time. It's not getting paid out.
Take all your sick time NOW. Most get 8+ days per year.
@OP Only in stares required by law - maybe California, Maine, and a few others. Otherwise, they don't pay it out and you can't take it in the last two weeks. So take it now.
@OP It is not paid out at all in most states. There are a few that are required to pay out by law, but if not required, they ain't paying. Take it now.
