@a8 not comfortable naming names here but NJ MLTSS has absolutely been effected. Today and tomorrow we will get more answers in meetings that are being held. Such a bummer

@OP multiple states UM got a call while on vacation.

11-14 people from LWC grievance were let go today. And we have all been working overtime bc of how overloaded we've been as a department. Makes no sense.

@ar Nothing in Pharmacy, and I would be absolutely shocked if pharmacy was touched. Medicare enrollment is projected to be UP in 2027 and they are actually INCREASING the headcounts and hiring additional staff ahead of the new year (source: me, I’m in a position that is hiring folks right now). That plus the fact they are consolidating all of the PA and appeals works away from the individual markets and rolling them to CPS, they can’t afford to let people go…. Otherwise all of our SLAs will be sc--wed.

Just had a meeting with my BTS team and manager we lost on person. They had signed up for the VSP but backed out and now are getting RIF'd
