Maybe a #MeToo
@bv I considered that. It’s not impossible, but my inclination is to believe that even if he did, the board would not have separated Kubasik so abruptly unless they knew that it was likely to become public information and wanted to get ahead of it.
Ethics is a joke. Whatever he did must have hurt the bottom line or caused liability for the company. Anything short of that would get cleanly and swiftly swept under the rug
@a8 “ Reuters reported that under the separation agreement the company reached with Kubasik, the former CEO won't receive severance payments, benefits or equity incentive awards. He will be permitted to retain and exercise previously vested stock options granted under L3Harris' equity incentive plans, per the report”
Why complain about the company! Take the first opportunity to join another company with better culture and prospects. It’s going to be chaos for the next year. You have a whole cadre of Sam Club executives who will fire everyone. The Sam Club does not know how to grow a business. But, it knows how to cut costs
As long as Heidi Wood is around, the tune will play on
@bt maybe it was Christophe who saw what Kube did and brought it to the Board.. Maybe it was Christophe who did the right thing NOT protecting his boss.
No surprise in a company where the C-suite makes corny, satirical Ethics videos. They literally treat ethics as a laughing matter and then are surprised when it bites them in the a-s. Christophe Feddersen is the Chief Legal Officer with Security and Ethics reporting to him. His job was to protect the company and its CEO. He has failed. The result of this so far is a 2.4 billion dollar decline in market capitalization which is more than three times an entire quarters free cash flow, which lets face it, su-ks for the employees there who will experience more RIFs now and petty merit increases.
They need to get rid of Zoiss. He is the worst of the worst.
@a9 this story is all over the news how embarrassing, this company hired him knowing he couldn’t control himself and was fired from Lockheed for bad behavior yet we are forced to watch his ethics video….seriously!!!
Sam has one playbook = fire everyone
It’s bad if even the outgoing email gets into reasons why. There’s a bit more juice to this than the standard outgoing email. I wonder if Kristoff found him out.
Don’t sweat folks, CK has a Golden Parachute contracted into his terms.
It’s a compliment to him that the stock went down.
Bad to worse. Mehta is a horrible ‘leader’. Glad Kube is out but oh my goodness on Mehta now holding the reins…… awful awful
