Hope everyone gets the outcome they want. But please be careful getting comfortable here. They are in a mad rush to implement AI across the board and outsource what they can’t. If you get a stay of execution today, don’t think for one second you are no longer on death row. Use this as time to plan your next move.

@aa Absolutely 100%!!! I’m sure lots of jobs will be moved across the big pond.
I agree with this assessment. Build your network before you leave if you are not well-connected in the industry.
A quick implementation and outsourcing the rest will end horribly.
Leadership couldn’t find their as--s with both hands.
@ad they moved most vol separation to 3/12 of next year
I would be fine with being in the next round as long as it’s not before the end of the year. The only reason I didn’t sign the VSP was because I couldn’t afford to be laid off with such short notice.
I was thinking the same. I can’t keep living in this constant state of anxiety. It is overwhelming. Either lay me off or keep me, but stop giving people false hope. I want clear dates of when the other round of layoffs will be even if I’m safe this round. Ensure your resume is updated and you have reputable references on standby.
Agreed. They are outsourcing as much as they can. Leave while you can.
@OP Sound advice. The announcement of the partnership with Cognizant should give everyone the shivers.
