Is Tanya McNally also no longer at Centene? I see her showing as "presence unknown"........

Yeah, that’s a big fat fail. Lost over 20% of the employees, and the ones who are left are disgruntled, confused, and completely demoralized.

Teams does that the time. My team freaked out on my one day thinking that little gray X meant I was let go. I was there working the whole time…none the wiser that I was the dreaded gray circle.
If Sarah London is still showing her in the org chart, then she is not gone. Teams now show how many direct and indirect associates are under a Leader. In June, Sarah had 13 direct reports but has been steady with 12 the last 7 weeks. You can see her org chart by pulling her up in Teams, then the org icon.
@ad My guess is that for folks they know are on the way out, they want to avoid them potentially sending an email, MS Team’s text, or phone call before they leave, simply because they have not much to lose in doing so.
@OP if you are part of the ISP, your teams and Microsoft Outlook can get a little glitchy prior to your exit date. That’s what happened to me at another organization.
