Has anyone who was laid off on July 29 been contacted by HR with their numbers, agreement, and all that? Or are they just so understaffed that it still takes this long? I don’t have any contact info.

You wont get a contact just a generic email address to ask questions. They will answer you within 2 days. But you will never get a name of an hr contact person.

Usually after your 60 or 90 day WARN notice. In other words a few weeks after you are off of the payroll.
I had my layoff meeting during the March 4 wave. 90 day WARN. Took about a day or two to get an email with a link to the Citi secure inbox which has all the info pertaining to separation agreement and how severance is calculated. Took another month to get the separation with the severance dollar amount in Docusign which had a 3-week window to review and sign.
