I just rcv'd a 30 minute 1:1 for Thurs. I guess I'm one of the next batch.
@b0 I remember my manager went thru that training, agreed to the nondisclosure, and delivered the news but was sniped with us all lol.
@aw they should know by now, even the managers, based on the fac that in the past they would all go through a short training to communicate these things. Mandatory
Spoke to my boss today and no red flags. Do all leaders know or only VPs/directors?
Can people on pip get notices? Or will they stay until the end of the pip period?
don't add any additional stressors if it happens it happens nothing you can do to change your outcome
official notices will start thursday am. will some ppl find out early as thier boss may have lose lips? yes.
Earliest I’d expect a notification would be slightly before the actual earnings call. Have to squeeze a few more hours out of us.
