What is the longest amount of time you have gone with no raise?

38 years old and it’s been 3 years going on 4 now since I dropped from 3 years very good to pip in one cycle with little to no feedback about it.
13 years. I'm retired.
3 years in a row with zero raise. I left the company after that. Best decision I made, should have left earlier.

I’m getting 10% raise every year and if you don’t, then that just means you are a slacker and should be PIPd… sorry but the worst BTC employee is much better than you HC10 overpaid slacker
Must be a young group in here. 2014 to 2016 most people received no raise and then when to much fanfare raises were back they were $500 to $1500 a year for most!
