@1dr like most other places there are many conflicts of interest but unless we say something with PROOF !!! It will not matter !!! Get proofs and start yourself a class action and go tag all of us in !!!

@bn - not exactly true from what I've heard. Upstate lost very few, but they each have a territory about the size of NJ anyway - so they were already like a skeleton crew to begin with .
Medicare WellCare team in SYR cut this morning. except two WellCare Reps which are role going forward will be Broker
PR here, half of most of the PR teams are cut plus managers. I'm one and I was a high performer for 9 years...last day 9/4. I feel terrible for my coworkers left behind. Me and a others cut have a huge territory and hundreds and hundreds of providers that depend on us. AI cannot do our jobs, not possible...we are all just "CN" numbers to centene. 3 layoffs in 5 years after gigantic growth...this one the biggest and affecting one of the most needed departments...Fidelis providers are not going to be happy when they have no one to help them...all those that remain, buckle up, completely feel for you right now.

@b8 every county in NYS had marketing supervisors laid off effective immediately…. Seems for Fidelis marketing this was their target this round …. Have not heard anything about reps …. Seems they have finally cut the middle man unfortunately
I’m Fidelis Provider Relations, 11 years with the company, no performance issues, let go today as of 9/4 with 3 others on my team. I’m a wreck

Provider relations, QA and marketing are on the chopping block! Retention is safe and so is customer service.
