Jump ship now! Nike has become a worthless toxic environment. It’s the frat boys and the sorority sisters aka work wives and their work husbands. It’s just embarrassing and unbelievable that it is as bad as it is. Nike has normalized a toxic culture with leaders that should be handed pink slips. Instead employees need to
get the he** out asap.
I can relate. I unwisely over-indexed my 401(k) with NKE stock, thinking it would be like Phillip Morris or Coca-cola. You know, one of those stocks that’s always a safe long-term bet.
Whoops. Expensive lesson learned. Unfortunately a six-figure lesson too. But no, I’m not looking for sympathy. I’ve often told other people, “Making poor life decisions should literally be expensive.” Who knew I’d be talking about…myself.
