Look like a lot of people in Fideliscare (those who didn’t take VSP) some did not read the part of potential layoff in August and some are nervous.
Another thing some think everything is business as usual yet at the same time management is in meetings. A lot of marketing reps took VSP some leaving SEPT/DEC/MAR

Ugh this is ROUGH! Fidelis is one of the strongest plans the Centene owns ;(
@h5 what is your position? And what's happening is, people are getting moved to other positions so they can be more easily kicked out.
Took the VSP - manager got promoted. That confirmed for me that taking it was the right choice.
Our upper management is not okay. Everything has been all over the past few years. There are many seasoned employees that took VSP.
I've heard that, out of all the health plans, Fidelis is the one with the most VSP takers. Not sure if that's true, but if so that says a lot about how they're run.
The sh-t is going to hit the fan. Buckle up!!!
