Is this all SMS or just a sector?
Good luck everyone.
@k3 just like working at L3Harris, people are shocked when they find out I'm not a good electrician.
What locations and how many total?
@OP Nothing at L3H would shock me anymore, I've been here awhile.....but wouldn't they by law need to comply with the Warn Act. I did not see anything on the government website. This company has enough STINK on it that I would hope they are not that d-mb.... Kubes embarrassing exit, Investors investigations into potential securities claims or corporate mismanagement on behalf of shareholders following the stock drop. Last years DOJ Pricing Settlement L3Harris agreed to a $62 million settlement with the DOJ FOR ALLEGEDLY misrepresented equipment prices sold to the military between 2006 and 2014. Well...now that I think about it, again Nothing at L3H would shock me...
Check
@ec it’s true. But many under qualified managers and directors are not able to find any jobs, not even a job at next door (Stop & Shop).
I hope it’s me
Although being laid off is tough when you have a mortgage to pay and a family to feed, it might be the best thing if you work for L3Harris.
It forces people into finding a better job at any other company, which would be better in every way.
Immediate supervisors probably just found out. Something was off yesterday.
@cf this far in advance, its typically sr management and hr who know. First level managers find out the day of.
How do you know who's out the door? Safe to assume leaders knows who getting the axe?
Are the managers/leads already aware of who's getting the cut?
Or will it be a day before things again?
@ag Not just remote. Losing one remote and one on-site. Both decent people. F---!
@ae why do they do anything!? Nothing they do makes sense so this makes sense lol!
People are remote and SM doesn't like that.
If Q2 numbers were good why layoffs in September? No reason to cut cost trust me stock price will never go up as long as L3 is connected to Harris. Sam will never bring stock up.
