You'll get a random call slot from HR. If it's from your DM you are safe. Well not safe since you still be working there.

@cx you just need to in sure you’re getting what you’re expecting via PTO pay out, years of service x 2 weeks pay for each year, you understand the insurance option you’ll have, the 401k you’ll need to roll into another account and that you don’t plan on suing for what you think is “wrongful” termination. This is where you consult with a lawyer but understand, you get nothing till case is settled, if you go this route. You should get an attachment in you separation info which list position & age of those affected nation wide. Hope this helps…

@v2

They're letting go of long time employees and keeping people with 2-3 years on because it'll cost the company to pay them less. You have all built your salaries over the years and are seen as costly, those cheap fu----s are cutting every corner possible to save money, so you should absolutely sue.

Just know that if you sign anything you are also giving up your right to sue, and you may regret it! I never signed and the two others that had a case along side me did, and they lost out! Talk to an attorney before you sign! You are entitle to information and they won’t provide it, you’ll have to ask for it. If you think you are getting let go for reasons you should not be, you are probably very correct. Grow some ba--s and go after em, feels good and is the right thing financially!

@OP everything is laid out in severance letter they will send you. You will get a email from HR for a teams call to go over any questions you might have payment, medical, bonus payout depending on state - unemployment smart move if you are out.

Do you really think they care that much to go over the specifics! It'll be 1 email and a "good luck" if even that. They really do not care about you or anyone they are letting go. It's a shame, as this used to be the place to work and others looked up to us.

You have to accept the severance amount in the email and then apply for unemployment. You will receive a severance check, and decide whether you want to buy the car or return it , then return tablet, phone and whatever else. They provide some employment counseling if you want too. Just do the bare minimum until your last day. Let CAO write your orders and find a new and better job than this dumpster 💩 You’ll be way better off anywhere else! Good luck 🍀

@OP People who went thru all this please shed some light, also those who have stayed in the regions where this was implemented please tell us how bad the RTM role is. How are the MOW doing? Is it worse? Did they actually hire more MOW ?

I was laid off in mission 1, I only dealt with a guy over email who's job is basically to assist people being let go.
