CTX is the worst. I don’t know anyone, other than a handful of a$$ kissers that don’t do any real work, that are happy. One of you leaders with some b@lls needs to step up and make some positive changes before all of the good people are gone or too burnt out to care.

Candace team overall is a joke. All She is a high profile PM who came from a much smaller company Roger’s . She brought her stubborn ignorant pal who has zero clue. They both think they are the smartest in the room. Supposedly they brought on an AI to wiz who has no clue how to be a director and it shows. You continue to keep employees within Candace team who bring zero value and also in non hub cities. The answer is 4 Director level positions and another AVP. That will solve BSSE problems. 😂
CTX has a pattern of overlooking skilled, hardworking employees in favor of hiring from less qualified outside companies.
The Atlas team and all the coaches are useless too
