Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

@jf please. Of course they are anonymous.

However, there are plenty of ways to determine who says what. Best thing is to complete as early as possible - especially if you are going negative. Also, let AI rewrite your statements. Its way too easy to identify people by their comments.

If you are against RTO, take a more strategic approach like "I am concerned that AT&T is losing good people and candidates due to our stringent RTO policies" or "AT&Ts commitment to combat climate change seems empty considering its rigid enforcement of the 8-5 office policy" or "Members of our senior leadership team seem to have shifted priorities to dividends over providing best-in-class services delivered by Americans for Americans"

Stankey will still hate them but they will have a harder time pointing fingers at individuals. And, certainly, when you pit AT&T against a universal common good, they can't simply reply, "Coming to work is more important than climate change'

Also, they can tie bonus modifiers to participation in the survey but they can't base any modifiers on the results of those surveys. but, boy, that would be an exciting watch to see Stank marched to retirement in a pair of silver bracelets.

How can the surveys be anonymous if they are tied to your bonus?

I hope somebody recorded that statement he made. If so, send it along to business insider. They’ll handle the rest.

Why are you using slurs?

The results of the employee survey impact your bonus this year. That seems pretty unethical to me.

Sounds like it’s time for another leak to Business Insider.

@b1 isn't that coercion? That'd be a heck of a class action lawsuit.

Actually hilarious that he pointed out that our bonus was tied to the engagement survey. Basically incentivizing us to lie to get our bonus.

We are mostly on track, but that was a horrible horrible comment by JTS on whatever the he-# that session was post earnings.

All through the telecast, it was cocky arrogance and insensitivity on display.

He said we were on track but then talked about the employee engagement survey rolling out in the fall and the survey is tied to our 3rd component of the team award. Now he could have been joking but was he serious? His pride and arrogance just can't seem to let got the employees do not like his BS policies.
