So what's all this I hear about Fidelis Care being phased out/lost/whatever it's called? I used to live in NY and was a Fidelis team member from 2016-2022, so before and after the Centene acquisition. Is the entire health plan going? Just certain departments? Whatever the case, it's going to have massive downstream effects. They're one of the largest MCOs in NY, if not the largest.

@af I work in Fidelis Marketing and know a handful of people who took VSP who got September and December 2026 end dates (myself included). I’m sure it depends on the department but it seems like our department is def in line to get slashed.
I’m thinking the opposite! People with Fidelis who accepted the VSP have separation dates for May or even November of 2027. Open enrollment is coming soon and I doubt they plan to fire retention or CS reps
It depends on the Fidelis product.
I work in Fidelis Care, i havn’t hear anything about fidelis being phased out. Not sure where the rumors are from.
