FIS stopped paying redundancy compensation

Does anyone have clarity on how redundancy pay is calculated in Australia?
In Singapore, FIS paid 1 month's salary for each year of service to employees who were made redundant. In Australia, it looks like FIS is following the government-mandated rates under the National Employment Standards. Can anyone confirm if this is correct?

Be glad they do that - so many with 15 plus years at this company were rebadged, with no hope of severance or normalcy. And worry - even though it is out of our control - worry if this is our last week here. Nobody ever answers when we ask length of cognizant contract - but we try to press on. Every day is one day closer to retirement.

Consult the employee manual for Australia. You should be able to find it there.
