3hr end-of-day call for his entire org plus the legal AVP and HR Principal that are usually "optional" invitees. There's already a 1hr Town Hall on 26-Aug, and three weeks notice for the invitation seems like an awfully long warning for a "you're all fired" meeting. Anybody have any real information?

@a2 you are correct but the timing of this broader meeting and according to OP the addition of the HR & Legal dept representation tells me that this meeting will be the follow-up to surplus notifications that will be going out prior to the meeting and will be addressing the larger company and/or business unit reorganization

It is a shame that we are all on edge about meetings due to culture they built. It’s ok to reply and ask for context.

@OP a u r fired meeting usually is a 4 minute SYNC meeting setup by your VP or Director with less than 24-hour notice.
