It seems like over the past 2 years things have been getting progressively worse. We are expected to do everything faster with fewer resources. People are stressed and exhausted, and more end up leaving. A lot of positions are not being backfilled. We are constantly getting hounded about the 3 days in office policy (and all issues related to that). It just seems to be getting worse non-stop. Is there any hope, or is it better to look elsewhere?

Executives are not only clueless, but they are also ruthless clowns. They could get so much goodwill with employees just by being lenient in some things, but at every step of the way they don't care anything other than flex their muscle and show how clever and how strict they are. I am wondering if Maurice is in the office 3 days a week. Remember next week even with the holiday he still need to be there 3 days a week.
The butt clowns and micromanagers have burned out so many good people. They need to give an across the board raise to hourly workers to try to retain them - new hires are only going to come from the 5 hub cities because of all the other office closures and resistance to virtual training. Who would pay to travel and stay in a city for 6 weeks with no subsidy?
Remember covid? They threw money at us to try and retain people, and now we're lucky to get a 3% raise in March. Not even keeping up with COLA.
