I am putting in my two weeks this week. Had enough. For anyone in B2B sales that put theirs in recently, were you sent home right away or did they have you work through the two weeks?

Just go sick. Seems to work for a lot of folks I know.

You should be able to work during your notice, as long as you're not going to a competitor.
@bd there is always a RIF coming. They never seem to hit sales, just support roles. They’ll just keep over quota’ing us until we leave. Cheaper that way.
There is a RIF coming. Wait till that time or aak your manager to put your name. That way you will get severance package. If you give notice period, you will be loser and company benefit. They will release you immediately for sure.
@ay As I may be in the same boat next year, are there any restrictions on utilizing PTO / Personal Days during the two week notice period?
When I quit, I put in my notice in and finished out the work week and took vacation until my off payroll date.
SLED team BTW. Job market su-ks, but so does this job. Doesn't seem that they would want me to have any access after tomorrow.
