In the USA it's generally within 2-3 weeks of when you return the signed doc to Dell. It's aligned with the regular US pay cycle.

I got mine on payday of the month I left. I also got some commission for the other two months of the quarter which was a nice surprise. So glad to be be out of there and at 61, not needing to look for another role.

Depends on local laws and regulations. I'd assume that for most it means at the very latest whenever the next salary was supposed to be payed out.

You should get it in 24 to 72 hours after signing. Nit including weekends.
