How is GCO government consumer operations being affected? I heard some no longer have team leads. What happened to the team leads?

Years ago, at least it felt like this job had some heart. People were trying to do their jobs while using some empathy, if nothing else. Now, nobody cares, and the whole place feels hollow and toxic. It’s getting worse by the day.

At this point? Let it come. A layoff wouldn’t be a setback, it’d be a full-blown rescue mission. Honestly, if they handed me a box and walked me out tomorrow, I’d probably thank them for the favor.
